CEO - Head of BUSINESS UNIT
He coordinates the group's strategic direction and financial and economic management, guiding the evolution of the structure.
With an eight-year background in tax and a decade of experience in the insurance sector as CEO and founder of Mackay Group (now Horizon Group), he has developed specific expertise in risk management, specializing in risk analysis, reduction, and transfer techniques for corporate clients.
He is also a certified FERMA Rimap and ABCP (Disaster Recovery Institute) risk management instructor. In 2023, he founded 3SK S.r.l., a consulting and training firm dedicated to risk management and business continuity.
As Head of the Business Unit, he supports entrepreneurs and companies in integrated consulting, combining insurance protection, strategic planning, and risk governance.
His vision aims to transform traditional intermediation into an advanced model of horizontal economic consulting, capable of connecting the insurance, financial, and management sectors into a single ecosystem.

He coordinates the commercial strategy and development of the consulting network.
A lover of actuarial statistics and financial mathematics, he has worked in the finance, insurance, and wealth management sectors for over 20 years. He promotes an ethical and innovative model, centered on personalized financial analysis and planning.
Leading the LYFE Business Unit, she supports families and professionals in building protection and investment strategies, integrating pension, wealth, and financial tools into a single, coherent path.
He is also the co-founder of 3SK S.r.l., a risk management and business continuity consulting and training firm, with which he developed "The Building" method, adopted by LYFE consultants to objectively analyze clients' financial and pension needs.
His vision is based on the belief that consulting should not simply offer products, but rather build a strategic and lasting relationship capable of generating awareness and value over time.

An expert in property insurance and claims management, he has gained over fifteen years of experience as co-owner of Versari Snc, a historic insurance brokerage firm.
His technical expertise is combined with a profound focus on people: for him, every case, every client, every claim represents a relationship of trust to be managed with precision and transparency.
At Horizon Group, he leads the Property & Claims Department and co-manages the INSURANCE LAB Business Unit, ensuring operational quality, rapid case management, and a consultative approach based on listening and responsibility.
Convinced that the difference in service lies not only in the contracts, but in the care with which customers are cared for, he represents one of the cornerstones of the culture of reliability and proximity that distinguishes Horizon Group.

He boasts over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry, gained as head of brokerage at the historic Versari Snc.
With a degree in Statistics, over the years he has combined the precision of numbers with the sensitivity of human touch, building lasting relationships of trust with private clients and businesses.
At Horizon Group, he coordinates the Car and Long-Term Rental division and co-manages the INSURANCE LAB Business Unit, bringing a pragmatic, empathetic, and quality-focused approach to service.
He believes that the value of consulting lies not only in technical expertise, but also in the ability to listen, understand, and support people over time, offering solutions that simplify their lives and protect what truly matters.
